Made in Mexico

We are pleased to announce that for the fifth straight year, there will be exclusive market screenings of the Made in Mexico Section within the framework of the 8th Guadalajara Film Market.

This section, consisting exclusively of recent productions from our country, will have ample exhibition space aimed at accredited foreign buyers within Latin America’s most important Film Market, enabling them to broaden distribution possibilities outside our country through a large group of distributors and programming leaders from around the world.

This space will offer the opportunity to present films that are not part of the official sections of the Festival as well as those that have been recently screened in theaters. Our mission is to offer them this showcase with international projection.

All films registered in the Made in Mexico Section will be included in the Official Industry Catalogue for the 25 Guadalajara International Film Festival and the video library of the 8th Guadalajara Film Market that everyone accredited in this eight edition may consult.

The deadline for registering films is February 12, 2010. Prior to this date you need to send us all the information about the movie as requested in the Registration Form for the 8th Guadalajara Film Market in Video Library
