Stand rental

Thanks to the growth achieved at the Guadalajara Film Market, for the fourth straight year we will have an exhibition area for those organizations and private companies interested in promoting and divulging film production in Mexico and the rest of Latin-America.

The stands will be located in the Film Market Area at the Fiesta Americana Guadalajara Hotel, the Festival’s headquarters.

Terms for participating with a stand:

• Exhibition Dates: March 12 to 18, 2010.
• Set-up Date: March 11, 2010.
• Dismantling Date: March 18, 2010.
• Furniture (table and chairs).
Identifier.
• 2 free accreditations per company.
• Company listed in the Industry Catalogue of the 25 Guadalajara International Film Festival (1000 copies printed).
• 1 (b/w) advertisement page in the Industry Catalogue of the 25 Guadalajara International Film Festival (1000 copies printed).
• Unlimited right to register titles in the market video library (2007 or later productions: feature-length, shorts and documentaries).
• Basis Stand 2 x 3 meters [total of 6 m² (64.5 ft²) with front and side dividers for posting advertising material].
• Cost per Basis Stand 2500 USD.
• We have stands available of different measures since 9m2 (29.52 ft2). Cost per m2 (3.28 ft2): 416 USD.

• Deadline for reservations: January 30, 2010.
• Deadline for payments: February 15, 2010.
• Equipment such as screens, computers, players, furniture, etc. is completely separate from contracting a stand. If needed, the Organizing Committee may provide information about outside suppliers to be hired directly by the Exhibitor.
• Any additional contracts will be the sole exclusive responsibility of the exhibitors. The Organizing Committee of the 25 Guadalajara International Film Festival disclaims any liability for the equipment hired by the exhibitors, and such arrangements will be directly by and between the stand exhibitors and the service providers.
• The decoration of each stand is the sole exclusive responsibility of the exhibitors.
• Advertising material that is part of the stand’s decoration must be confined within its space to prevent obstructing or invading common areas.
• Drilling, nailing or any other activity damaging stand surfaces is not allowed.
• For health reasons and in accordance with the policies of the Fiesta Americana Guadalajara Hotel, it is strictly forbidden to offer food and/or drinks that are not provided exclusively by the Fiesta Americana Guadalajara Hotel.
